Job Title: BIM Modeler
Location: Netherlands (various project sites)
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Type: A1 (posted worker under EU regulations)
Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced BIM Modeler to join our team for projects in the Netherlands. The role involves developing and coordinating high-quality BIM models, ensuring accurate integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems within an international project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
>Create and manage detailed 3D BIM models using software such as o Autodesk Revit , ArchiCAD, Tekla Structures, Navisworks
>Produce 2D drawings (plans, sections, details) directly from BIM models
>Integrate technical data, materials, and specifications into model components
>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, MEP specialists)
>Perform clash detection and assist in resolving design conflicts
>Update models according to project changes and revisions
>Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements
Requirements:
~Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler
~Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (other BIM tools are a plus)
~Good understanding of construction drawings and building systems
~Experience in coordination (MEP/structural/architectural) is an advantage
~Ability to work independently and within a team
~English – conversational level (minimum B1)
~EU citizenship required
